Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
And quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. And if your order was damaged in transit, you may need to hold on to the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier. Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our fault. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
