Why tracking info not update since you got the tracking code.

After we send the packages to our shipping agency, they offer us the tracking code.

So the packages pass China export customs check, waiting flight to transport, so tracking info update maybe take about 5-7 days since you get the tracking code. Sometimes, like holiday, customs check, unexpected case, this waiting time may longer. Hope you can be patience for shipping time.
